  • How long can you keep a PANIER DES SENS product?

All of our products are guaranteed for 36 months unopened and for 12 months after opening. When possible, keep the products away from heat or extreme cold. Don’t forget that these are natural products, therefore sensitive to their environment.

  • Are PANIER DES SENS products dermatologically tested ?

Yes, all of our products are dermatologically tested; for more information, you will find the complete list of ingredients at the back of each products packaging and on our website.

  • Are PANIER DES SENS products tested on animals?

The development of our products excludes animal testing. Furthermore, no ingredients of animal origin are is used in for the composition of our products, except for the Regenerating Honey range, that contains extracts of honey, Propolis and Royal Jelly.

  • Are PANIER DES SENS products gluten free?

Yes, Panier des Sens products are gluten free; however, we cannot guarantee that they are manufactured in a wheat- or gluten-free facility.

  • Why can’t I get the pump to work on my hand wash/hand lotion?

Some of our pumps open a little differently from other pumps, and sometimes the mechanism needs to be reset if it loosens on the bottle. If the pump does not operate: Unscrew the top from the bottle, lift it up just a bit, then replace the top. Be sure to screw on the top tightly; if it’s a little loose, the pump won’t open. Then twist the pump left or right until you feel a click; a quarter turn should do. Once it clicks open, push the pump to dispense the product. To lock the pump for travel, simply swing it counterclockwise.

Once your order has been placed on our website, it will ship from our facility within 48h. Our warehouses are located in Miami, FL.   • Can I return my Panier des Sens purchase?

Yes. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to refund the credit card used for the purchase. Returns must be made within 30 days of shipment. Once we have received the returned product, please allow 2 – 7 business days to process the transaction. Contact our Customer Service department at [email protected]

You will receive a return authorization number (RA).Please write the RA number on the packing slip. No return will be accepted without RA#. Return the product, in Panier des Sens packaging if possible, along with the original packing slip, RA # to:

When sending your return, ship the package via an insured courier (UPS, FedEx) or with delivery confirmation through USPS. Keep your shipment receipt in case the package is damaged or lost in transit. Panier des Sens cannot guarantee a credit or replacement for your return without confirmation of delivery to us. Please note, if the product was not purchased on our website, we recommend that you return it to the original place of purchase. Once your package is received at our facility, your product will be carefully inspected and a refund will be credited on your credit card. Unfortunately, Panier des Sens won’t refund the original shipping charges.

We only deliver to United States and Canada. Shipping is FREE for all orders over $50 (continental US ONLY)
