What is the Panier des Sens Insiders program?

Panier des Sens created the Panier des Sens Insiders program to thank you for your loyalty.
Available on our website, in our stores, and at our spa locations, the program lets you earn points that can be redeemed for discount rewards and used to unlock exclusive perks, early access to new launches, and special experiences.

How do I join the Panier des Sens Insiders program?

Joining Panier des Sens Insiders is free and easy: simply create an account on Panierdessens.com.
You can also create an account in store with help from our team.
As soon as you sign up, you’ll automatically receive 10 welcome points as a thank-you gift.

What are the different tiers in the Panier des Sens Insiders program? and How do I check my status?

Your status is based on your total purchase amount. Once you reach certain spending milestones, you’ll unlock Insider tiers with exclusive perks:

·       $100+ in purchases: Essential status

·       $200+ in purchases: Signature status

·       $370+ in purchases: Iconic status

You can check your status at any time by logging into your Panier des Sens Insiders account and going to the “Loyalty Program” tab.

You can also ask a sales associate in store by providing your email address at checkout.

How do I earn points?

There are two ways to earn points:

·       Shop on our website or in store: $1 spent = 1 point

·       Complete tasks available in your Panier des Sens Insiders account

How can I check my points?

You can check your points balance at any time from your Panier des Sens Insiders account.

You’ll also find:

·       Your Insider status

·       Any coupons and perks you’ve already unlocked, ready to use on your next visit or online purchase

When are my points credited?

Your points are credited automatically once your order is confirmed.

Do points expire? How long can I use my points?

Yes. Points are valid for one year from the date they are earned.

Each point you earn remains active in your Insider account for 12 months. If points are not redeemed for a reward, they will expire. We’ll notify you in advance when your points are about to expire, so you have time to redeem them for the reward of your choice.

What happens if I return a product?

If you return an item or receive a full or partial refund on an order, the points earned from that order will be automatically deducted from your Panier des Sens Insiders account.

My points expired — what can I do?

If your points have expired, please contact our Customer Care team. They’ll be happy to review your situation.

Can discounts be combined?

In most cases, no. However, there is one exception: a referral discount can be combined with a welcome discount code for the friend discovering the brand for the first time.

What tasks can I complete to earn points?

In addition to shopping, you can earn points by completing tasks in your Panier des Sens Insiders account.

These tasks let you engage with the brand and unlock extra perks:

·       Complete your profile, including account creation, birthday, phone number, and more

·       Sign up for our newsletter

·       Share your experience with a review, photo, or video

How do I share a review, photo, or video?

Step 1: Go to your Panier des Sens Insiders account.

Step 2: Under the available tasks, select the Judge.me review task for an online experience.

Step 3: You’ll be redirected to the review page using your email address. Write your review and submit it. You can also add a photo if you’d like.

Step 4: Our moderation team will check that your review meets our content guidelines before it is published.

Step 5: Once approved, your review will go live and the corresponding points will be automatically credited to your loyalty account.

How do I earn points by following Panier des Sens on social media?

The same general steps apply. First, click the “Follow us on Instagram” or “Follow us on TikTok” task in your loyalty account. You’ll be redirected and asked to sign in with your email address.

The email address associated with your loyalty account must match the email address linked to your social media profile.

Some tasks can only be completed once, such as following a social media page. Others can be completed more than once, such as leaving a review after a purchase.

Referral Program

How does the referral program work?

For every friend you refer, your friend gets $10 off their first order of $25 or more.

You’ll also receive $10 off your next order of $25 or more once your friend’s order is confirmed.

The referral program is available to customers who have already placed an order. The referred friend must be a new customer.

Referral discount codes are valid for 14 days for the referred friend and 60 days for the referrer.
