Manufacturing

This cedar luxury scented candle is natural and eco-designed, made from a blend of 100% vegetable waxes. Its raw materials create a high-quality marriage between wax and perfume, for optimal diffusion.
We have ruled out mineral waxes (which are also natural) such as paraffin because they are not renewable.

How to extinguish a candle?

Never blow out the wick to extinguish the candle: dip the wick in the hot wax using a candle holder and then straighten it. Before each use, trim the wick by 5 mm to promote optimal burning. PRECAUTIONARY ADVICE: May produce an allergic reaction. Harmful to aquatic life with long-lasting effects. Dispose of contents/container in an appropriate place. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Keep out of reach of children. Read the label before use.

How to burn a candle properly?

To prevent the glass from blackening, check that the wick is straight and centered when extinguishing the candle for even consumption of wax during subsequent uses.

NATURALNESS

Our candle contains 100% vegetable wax, but is it natural? Yes! Natural wax can be either mineral or vegetable wax—what's the difference?

Vegetable wax, extracted from plants such as soybeans or rice, is a biodegradable wax and has the advantage of not releasing any black smoke when burned. Mineral wax, composed of paraffin, is very often used for candle making. It has several advantages: it is widely available, colorless, and odorless. However, it is non-renewable. In a more eco-responsible approach, all the candles in this collection are made from 100% vegetable wax, derived from soybeans and sunflowers.
